CITY OF SARATOGA
ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITUliF, OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS a master agreement has been executed by the
City of Saratoga , hereinafter referred to as the
City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department, on
March 8 , 19 6!, for expenditure of State-allocated
funds; and
WHEREAS a project statement has been prepared anj!
was submitted to the Department on July 15 , 19 65
showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommenldZ~'
to be made during the 196_~_-6__6 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS a budget approved by the Department on
August 1B , 19 65 has been presented to the City Council
in accordance with the project statement submitted by the City.;
and
WHEREAS the City Council has considered said budget.,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents
thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said
budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures
recommended to be made from such funds during the 19 65-66 fiscal
year.
