RESOLUTION N0. 300
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
AZULE HOMESITES IMPROVEME~?~ PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution
of Intention No. 229 adopted by the City Council of said City
on April ?, 1965, was $150,000.00, of which the City was to con-
tribute 6100,000.00, leaving a balance to assessment of $50,000.00;
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said
estimate may be reduced to $ 126,900.00 of which the City will
contribute $ 84,600°00 ., leaving a balance to assessment of
$ 4.~..:.3!90.00
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total assess-
ment is hereby reduced to $ 42,300°00 and that each of the
individual assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of
the difference between the original assessment and the new assess-
ment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the Cit~
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 20th day of October, 1965, by the following vote of
the members thereof:

Hartman, Tyler, Burry
