RESOLUTION NO. 302
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
AZULE HOMESITES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS, said Council did in open session on the 24th day
of June, 1965, .publicly examine and declare all sealed proposals
or bids for the work to be done and improvements to be made, as
described and specified in Resolution of Intention No. 229 adopted
by said Council on April 7, 1965, to which resolution reference
is hereby made for s description of the work and improvements to
be done and the materials, supplies and equipment to be furnished
therefor;
NOW, THEEFOE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said Council hereby rejects sl! of said proposals
or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the
contract for doing the work and improvements and furnishing the
~materials, supplies and equipment necessary therefor, to the
lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
Wattis Construction Company, Inc.
at the unit prices named in its bid.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and to receive and approve all bonds in connection there-
with, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the official seal of said
City.

correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga~ California~ at a meeting thereof
held on the 20th day Of October , 196 ~_2__, by the following
vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Glennon, Drake,
Hartmn, Tyler, Burry
