me:n.t herea:fter to be made to cover the costs and expenses of sa:td
acquisitions and improvements°
t!. Notice is hereby given tb. at serial bonds to represent
the unpaid assessments, $.nd bear interest at the ra.te of not to
exceed. six per cent (6%) per aom.~m, will. be issued here~.mnder
the manner provided in the Improvement Bond Act of
]..0 of the Streets and Highways Code, the last insta.].!me:o.t of which
bonds shall mature not to exceed twen. ty-fol..lr (2~) years from 'the
second day of J~ly' next succeeding ten (10) mo~..tb.s from their. date.
The provisions of Part 11~1 of said Act, providi. ng an $.].terna. tive

12. Except as herein otherwise provided for the iss~.~a. nce of
bonds, s.tl of said improvements shall be done pursuant to the pro-
visions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913.
