The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:

4720, and 4684; Precinct "4" bein,. consolidation of Precincts 4695~ 4683, 4585,
4711, 4681~ and 4693; Precinct '5" beinF consoltcation of Precincts 4690, 4704,
4706, 4709, 4725, and 46911 Precinc~ "6" bein~ consolidation of Precincts 4692,

The whole number of persons voted for vas 3; the ,yhole number of votes c.~st
was 9879 , includinR 2__/,3 absentee ballots; that the na~es of the persons
