22 IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, County of
Clara State of Califo~T~ia, acting in accordance with the Vehicle Code
SecZicn .21960 that:
ii'o person~ other than peace officers acting in ths performance of their

c~r c~perate a bicycle or motor-driven cycle upon, or drive any livestock upon
the following County expressways:
Lawrence Expressway: Prospect Avenue to Quizo Road
