A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
AZULE HOMESITES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California~ that
WHEREAS, pursuan~ to Resolution of Intention No. 229
adopted by said Council on April 7, 1965, and its resolution
calling for bids on the sale of bonds pursuant thereto, adopted
on April 20, 1966, notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for
receiving bids for the purchase of said bonds~ and said bids
have been received and publicly opened, examined and decis. red
by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of
said bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are
hereby, rejected, and that sa~id bonds be~ and they are hereby,
ordered sold to Davis, Scaggs and Company
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be
subject ~o all of the terms and conditions set forth in the
Notice of Sale of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed to
have said bonds printed forthwith, and that the same be
immedis. tely signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on
receipt of the amount therefor and upon the performance of the
conditions contained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the
same is hereby, fixed st the rate stated in said bid.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga~ California, at a meeting thereof
held on the ~th day of May , 1966 ~ by the follo~ing
vote of the members thereof:
