RESOLUTION NO. 330
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS
NOS. 316, 317, 318 AND 319
PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
3alifornia, that the following Resolutions, adopted by this Council
on March 16, 1966, be, and they are hereby, rescinded:
Resolution No. 316, A Resolution of Preliminary Determination
under Division 4 of the Streets and
Highways Code;
Resolution No. 317, A Resolution Appointing Engineer and
Attorneys;
Resolution No. 318, A Resolution Directing Preparation of
Investigation Report under Division ~
of the Streets and Highways Code; and
Resolution No. 319, A Resolution of Intention to Acquire
and Construct Improvements.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
~opy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
18th day of May, 1966, by the following vote of the members thereof:
