RESOLUTION ADOPTING ALTERNATE PROCEDURE FOR LEVY. ING AND COLLECTING ASSESSMENTS ON AD VALORE>I BASIS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
That for the fiscal year 1966-67, it is hereby determined that the
alternate procedure for levying and collectinF assessments as established by
Chapter 8,5 of Part 1, Division 14 of the Streets & Highways Code, is hereby
adopted by this City for the levy., ing and collecting of assessments for the
following named lighting districts, which lighting districts were established
pursuant to the Street Lighting Act of 1919:
"SCL District 1"
"Azule Lighting District"
"Quito Lighting District"
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
passed by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 1st day of June, 1966, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Tyler, Hartman, Burry
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Drake
