OF HOLDING AGREEMENT
HOKONE GARDENS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAKATOGA HEREBY
RE.SOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Reference is made to that certain holding agreement
dated May 5, 1966 between VALLEY TITLE COMPANY, a California
corporation, as First Party, and CITY OF SARATOC~, a Municipal
corporation, as Second Party, relating to the real 'property
more particularly described in Escrow No: W 1458 of said title
company.
The Mayor of the City of :Saratoga, acting for and on
behalf of said City, is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the original of said holding agreement, and to deliver the same
to VALLEY TITLE COMPANY, above-referred to escrow.
The above and foregoing Resolution was regularly
'passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of June ,
1966, at which a quorum was present, by the following vote:
AYE:S: Councilmen Glennon, Drake, Hartman, Tyler, Burry
