RESOLUTION NO. 341
A RESOLUTION CORRECTING DESCRIPTION OF
CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS
CHESTER AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, as follows:
1. That assessment numbers 4 and 4A, levied pursuant to
Resolution of Intention No. 185 adopted by this Council on May 6,
1964, be, and they are hereby, corrected by changing the descrip-
tion thereof as follows:

2. That the City Engineer be, and he is hereby, directed
to correct the Englneer's Report in said proceedings to conform
hereto.
3. That the List of Unpaid Assessments filed with the City
Treasurer of said City be, and the same is hereby, ordered correcte,
to conform hereto.
4. That the Auditor's Record in said proceedings be, and the
same is hereby, ordered corrected to conform hereto.
5. That the List of Unpaid Assessments, attached as Exhibit
'~A" to Resolution No. 214 entitled, "A Resolution Determining
Unpaid Assessments and Providing for Issuance of Bonds", adopted
by this Council on December 2, 1964, be, and it is hereby, amended
to conform hereto.
6. That a certified copy of this resolution be forwarded
to the City Treasurer and County Auditor for their records.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy
of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the ,2!~ day of .sep~emb~=~_=, .... ,
