~EREAS, on October 6, 1965, the City entered into
an improvement agreement with the Cupertlno Sanitary
District providing for the installation of sanitary sewer
mains together with appurtenances in Seagull Way, Zorka
Avenue and Ted Avenue, all being public streets within
the City and within the District, and
WHEREAS, said agreement further provided that there
should be Joint participation in the cost of said improve-
ment s, and
WHEREAS, it was agreed in said agreement that by
paragraph I thereof, the City would convey to the District
ownership of all of said sanitary facilities, and
WHEREAS, the Azule Homesites Improvement Project re-
ferred to in said agreement has been completed and the
sanitary sewers therein accepted;
NOW, THEREYOE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Oity does hereby bargain, sell and con-
vey to the 0upertino Sanitary District all sanitary facil-
ities described in and installed pursuant to that certain
agreement dated October 6, 1965 being more generally des-
cribed as 'Azule Homesites Improvement Project"' and being
further defined as sewer facilities in Seagull Way, Zorka
Avenue, and Ted Avenue, being city streets within the City
of ~aratoga and within the Oupertino Sanitary District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City

Council of the Oity of Saratoga, this 2nd day of
November , 1966, by the following vote:
AYE, B: Councilmen Hartman, Tyler, Burry, Robbins
NOES: none
ABSENT: Councilman Glennon
