RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF S:[RATOGA
ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS a master agreement has been executed by the
City of Saratoga , hereinafter referred to as the
City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, herelnafter referred to as the Department, on
March 8 , 19 61.., for expenditure of State-allocated
funds; and
was submitted to the m e , 19.66
showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recon~mended
to be made during the 19 66-67 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS a budget approved by the Department on
October 10 , 19 66 has been presented to the City Council
in accordance with the project statement submitted by the City;
and
WHEREAS the City Council has considered said budget,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents
thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said
budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures
recommended to be made from such funds during the 19 66-67 .. fiscal
year.

The City of Saratoga pursuant to
Section 197 of the Streets an~ Highways Code has submitted ~ the department a budget proposal
dated September 1~ 19 ....66 showing the estimated expenditure of State allocated
(Section 210~) funds recommende~ to be ~ade during the 19 66-67 fiscal year. Such work to
be accomplished by this approved budget shall be done under terms of the master agreement cover-
ing the budgeting of these funds as executed onM~ch ~ ,19 61
~d under the terms of supptemental agreements Nos. "' as
executed subsequently, and also under the terms of the supplemental agreement No. "'
attached hereto.
Expenditures for project (s)
