HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 347-A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING LACK OF MAJORITY PROTEST ON ANNEXATION "HAKONE GARDENS" WPIEREAS, purs'aant. to Resolution No. 347 of the City of Saratoga, on 14ednesday the 18th day of January, 1967, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the Council chambers of the City of Saratoga, a hearing was held before this Council on any written protests against the aforesaid annexation known as 'Hakone G dens", and W~EREAS, no written protests have been filed against said annexation, NOlq T~REFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga does hereby resolve as follows: Purusant to Section 35313.2 of the Government Code of the State of California, and all other applicable laws, this Council hereby finds that a majority protest against annexation 'Hakone Gardens"' has not been made, and this Council is authorized by law to approve or disapprove said annexation by ordinance. The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 18th day of January, 1967 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Tyler, Hartman, Burry, Robbins NOES: None ]\ ABSENT: None ' !
