RESOLUTION 0P THE CITY COUNCIL 0~=~ THE
CITY OF SARATOGA
ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDIT'Uf~E
STATE ALLOCATED (ENGINEERING) FUNDS
WHEReaS, a Master Agreement for the Bud~£oting and Dzpenditure
of the Engineering Allocation under Section 2107.5 of the
Streets and Highways Code has been entered into by the City of
Saratoga
, h~reinafter referred to as the
city, and the S'~'ate 'Department "6f Public Works~ Division of
Highways, heroinafter referred .to as the department; and~
WHEREAS,. the city council has prepared a budget proposal
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be
made during the 1967-68 fiscal year; and,
~{~EAS, the city council has heard read said budge~ proposal
and is familiar' with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city comaoil 6f' the City
Of 'Saratoga that said budge~ proposal' dated
January 4 , 196~, be and is hereby adopted as.'.the
budget of"'propoSed expenditures of the State allocated funds for.
engineering to cities, said budget proposal i'.o be and ~he a.ame
is hereby approved and the Director of Public Works is.

State of California, in accordance with the provisions of
