RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SARATOGA
ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR
ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR SARATOGA-COX AVE.
PROJECT (FAS URBAN EXTENSION PROJECT
04-SCl-995 - UE2 )

WHEREAS, the City of Saratoga (hereinafter called "City") desires
to file with the Highway Commission of the State of California (here-
inafter called "State") pursuant to Sec. 143.3 of Streets and High-
ways Code (relating to financing of Federal aid Secondary Urban Ex-
tension Projects) a request for an allocation of additional funds
for FAS Urban Extension Project 04-SCl-995, UE2),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REASOLVED BY CITY, AS FOLLOWS:
That City does hereby request State to allocate additional
funds of $17,004.22 as being 5~A of $34,008.44, which is the
participating amount of Change Orders and extra work for the
widening and improvement of Saratoga Ave. between Kosich Drive
and Fruitvale Avenue as an urban eXtemsion of Federal aid Second-
ary Project No. 995.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on the 7th day of June, 1967, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of Saratoga by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Hartman, Tyler, Bobbins
NOES: none
ABSENT: Councilman Burry
