A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT N0.1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City has ascertained
the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality
in which public work is proposed to be performed for work of
a similar chsracte'r to that described in Resolution of Intention
No, 329 adopted May 4, 1966, as subsequently smendedl
WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and con-
tained. in the specifications for sa'.id project, copies of which
are on fil~ in the office of the Engineer of Work and also in
the office of the City Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, this Council has duly. considered said scale and
finds the same to be correct in all particulars;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED,
as follows c
l o That said wage scale as set forth in said specifications
is hereby established and adopted as the prevailing rate of per
diem wages for work of s similar character to that above described
in the locality in which such public work is proposed to be per-
formed.
2o That not less than said prevailing rate of per diem
wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed under
said Resolution of Intention, as amended.

Council of the City of Saratoga, California, st a meeting thereof
held on the 5th day of July , 196 7 , by the following
