A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. i
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that the City approve and accept, and that the Mayor
is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk of said City
to attest, that certain joint exercise of powers agreement rela-
ting to the construction of sanitary sewer facilities in that
certain area within the City of Saratoga, California, known as
Village Parking District No. 1, a copy of which has heretofore
been presented to this Council, between this City and County Sani-
tation District No. 4 of Santa Clara County, California, a public
corporation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 2nd day of August , 1967, by the following vote
of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Glennon, Hartman,
Tyler, Burry, Robbing
NOES, Councilmen: none
