RESOLUTION NO 373
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, California,
that the City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby, appointed as
the person to whom payment of assessments shall be made under Resolu-
ti. on of Intention No. 329 adopted by this Council on May 4, 1966, as
subsequently amended, and that his office in the City Administration
Building, 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, California, is hereby
designated as the place at which the said payments will be made, and
She Superintendent of Streets is hereby relieved of all responsibility
in connection with collecting said assessments.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 16th

thereof:
