A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESS~NT
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT N0. t
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California~ that Assessment No. 9 levied pursuant to Resolution
of Intention No o 329 adopted by this Council on May 4, 1966, as
subsequently amended~ be, and the same is hereby reduced from
$9,613.24 tO $8,656.24.
BE IT FURTHER KESOLVED that the total assessment be, and
it is hereby~ ordered reduced from $321~ 000 .00 to $320,043.00,
and that the Engineer is hereby directed to ma~e the changes
either on the face of the Engineer~s P. eport or by filing an
amendment t here T~ o o
