RESOLUTION NOo 377
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NOo 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity
require~ and that it is the intention of said Council to make
changes and modifications in the proceedings had pursuant to
Resolution of Intention No. 329, as amended, adopted by this
Council on May 4, 1966, as follows~
l~ Change and modify diagram and assessment numbers.1
through 4' inclusive~ 6, 7 and 9 through 13, inclusive~ by
reducing said assessments as follows~

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wednesday~ the 18th day of
October, 1967~ at the hour of 8:00 o'clock PoM~ in the Council
Chambers~ City Hall, 13777 Fruitvale Avenue~ Saratoga~ California,
are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where said Council
Exhibit '~A"
will consider the matter of making said changes and modifications
and hearing all protests and persons interested therein o
The City Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this
Resolution to be published once in the Saratoga News, a news-
paper of general circulation published in said City and the paper
in which the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution of In-
tention., as amended~ was published, and to mail a copy of said
Resolution to all property owners within the assessment district,
said publication to be at least ten (lO) days before said day of
hearing and said mailing to be completed at least twenty (20) days
before the date of hearing°
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California~ at a meeting thereof
held on the 20th day of September, 1967, by the following vote of
