RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION ABANDONING PORTION OF
PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, it appearing to the City Council of the
City of Saratoga that the hereinafter described portion of
pedestrian way and walkway is not necessary for the purpose
intended, and the remaining portion of said walkway not here-
inafter abandoned will be sufficient for the purpose intended,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga as follows:
The offer of dedication, and the dedication, of an
easement to the City of Saratoga over that certain real property
situate in the City of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, described. as follows:
The Northwester~ 30 ft. of the 40 ft.
Pedestrian Way Lots 73 and 74)
etween
shown on the map of Tract No. 4042,
Georgetown West Unit No. 3, filed in
Book 222 of Maps at Pages 54 and 55,
Santa ClaTa County Records,
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Saratoga on the 20 day of September 1967 by the
following vote:
AYES: Burry, Robbins, Tyler
NOES: None
ABSENT: Glennon, Hartma.

said changes and modifications, in form a copy of which

reference.
