RESOLUTION N0. 382
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1
RESOLVED~ by the City Council of the City of Saratoga~ California~
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3?7 of this Council ordering
same, adopted on September 20, 1967, notice has been duly given of the
intention of this Council to change and modify the proceedings under
Resolution of Intention No. 329 adopted on May 4~ 1966, as amended~
and
WHEREAS~ ~ ~ persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard~ and all
matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were
fully heard and considered by this Council]
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
lo All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, over-
ruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said
Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as more particularly del~
scribed and set forth in said Resolution No. 377 adopted September
20, 1967.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted' by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof held on the lBth
day of October , 1967, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Glennon, Tyler, Her=man, Burry, Robbins
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
