RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDER OF VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF
PORTION OF COX AVENUE TO PROVIDE RETENTION OF EASEMENT
FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC UTILITIES
The City Council of the City of Saratoga does hereby resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, certain public utility facilities exist within the area
described on Exhibit "A' of Resolution 384,
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that Section 3 of Resolution No. 384
be amended to add the following wording:
Excepting from said vacation and abandonment an easement to
the City of Saratoga for the installation and maintenance of
public utilities thereon.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and passed by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a reEular meeting
held on the 15th day of November, 1967, by the following vote:
AYES: Glennon, Tyler, Hartman~ Burryt Robbins
ABSENT: None
