RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ABANDON PORTION
OF ALLENDALE AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1: Pursuant to Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California,
the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby declares
its intention to order the vacation and abandonment of
that portion of the existing right of way of Allendale
Avenue which lies adjacent to proposed Tract No. 4406,
more particularly described on Exhibit "A'~' attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2: The 6th day of December, 1967, at the hour of
8:00 o'clock, P. M. of said day, at the Council
Chambers of the City Council, 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Sara-
toga, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place for
hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed
vacation and abandonment above set forth.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at
a regular meeting held on the 15th day of November, 1967, by the following
vote:
AYES: Glennon, Tylers Hartmane Burry, Robbins
