RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT TO
DEEDS AND GRANTS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Pursuant to Government Code Section 27281 of the State of
California, the City Attorney is hereby authorized to accept and
consent to deeds or grants conveying any interest in or easement
upon real estate to the City of Saratoga for public purposes. The
City Attorney of the City of Saratoga who is hereinabove authorized
to so execute and deliver acceptances and consents is FABER L.
JOHNSTON, JR.
Resolution No. 40-3 of the City of Saratoga is hereby super-
seded and repealed and shall be of no further force or effect from
and after date of this resolution.
This resolution was regularly introduced and passed at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 1st day of February,
1967, by the following vote:
AYES: Glennon~ Hartmans Robbinss Tyler
NOES: None
ABSENT: Burry
