RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
RESCINDING THAT PORTION OF RESOLUTION 324
PROHIBITING USE OF COUNTY EXPRESSWAYS
BY MOTOR DRIVEN CYCLES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, County of
Santa Clara,State of California, that portion of Resolution 324 adopted April 20,
1966, prohibiting motor driven cycles from using the Lawrence Express-
way between Prospect Avenue and Quito Road is hereby rescinded. And
that the prohibiting Resolution 324 is revised to read as follows:
No person, other than peace officers acting in the performance
of their duties, or authorized maintenance or construction personnel
shall walk upon, or operate a bicycle upon, or drive any livestock
upon the following County expressways:
Lawrence Expressway: Prospect Avenue to Quito Road
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
State of California, on February 21~ 1968~ by the following vote:
AYES: Glennon, Tyler, Burry, Robbins
NOES: None
ABSENT: Hartman .
