RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
RESCINDING PORTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 385
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Ce~ncil of the City of Saratoga,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that portion
of Resolution No. 385 adopted November 1, 1967, reading as
fol 1 ows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that acceptance of this
appointment constitutes agreement by Cupertino
Sanitary District and County Sanitation District
No. 4 to comply with and '~e bound by the provisions
of Section 13-19.1 of the Saratoga City Code as to
all existing and future installations within the
corporate limits of City."
is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of March, 1968, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Hartman, Tyler, Burry, Robbins
