RESOLUTION NO. 398
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
TRANSFER OF TITLE
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT N0.1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that the City approve and accept, and that the
Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk of
said City to attestJ that certain Transfer of Title, a copy of
which has heretofore been presented to this Council, between
this City and County Sanitation District No. 4 of Santa Clara
County.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 17th day of Janu~ar.y , 1968, by the following
