RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING HORSE LICENSE FEE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
Section .,1..: In accord with Section 8-35.8 (a) of the
.... Saratoga City Code, the fee of $10.00 per
horse is hereby fixed and established as the license fee for
the issuance of horse licenses under Division 5, Article 1,
Chapter 8 of the Saratoga City Code. Where the applicant for
the license already has a valid existing use permit for the
keeping of such horse, obtained prior to the effective date of
Ordinance 38.18 of this City, and ~or which the applicant has
e exempt from the payment of t~e horse license fee as
heroin prescribed.
The above and foregoing resolution was ~assed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
held on the 21st day of February 1968, by the following
