RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE FOR POPULATION ESTIMATE
BE~IT:R~.SOL~ED~b~y the City Council of the City of Saratoga
THAT W.E. GLENNON , Mayor, be and that he is hereby
authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of Saratoga,
a public entity established under the laws of the State of Calif-
ornia, the attached agreementJ designated as Contract No. 1134
between the City of Saratoga and the California Department of
Finance pertaining to certification of an estimate of population
of the City of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of
California.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga on
the 20th day of March, 1968, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Hartman, Tyler, Burry, Robbins
NOES: None
