A RESOLUTION 9RDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENT
WEST VALLEY JOINT JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT
SARATOGA CAMPUS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution of
Intention No. 396, adopted by the Council of said City on January 3,
1968, was $729,000~
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said esti-
mate may be reduced to $ ~50~OOO ;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the total assessment
is hereby reduced to $ ~50 0 0(3 and that each of the
individual assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of the
difference between the original assessment and the new assessment.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
3rd day of April, 1968, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
