A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WEST VALLEY JOINT JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT
SARATOGA CAMPUS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Grant Deed
executed by the West Valley Joint Junior College District on the
21 day of March , 1968, in form this date presented to
this Council, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to record said deed, together with a certified copy of this resolu-
tion, in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 3rd~.. day of April 1968, by the following
vote of the members thereof:
