RESOLUTION NO. 434
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 34~ ENTITLED "A
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ACQUIRE AND CONSTRUCT
IMPROVEMENTS", AS AMENDED
VERDE VISTA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, California,
that Resolution No. 344 entitled '~ Resolution of Intention to Acquire
and Construct Improvements" adopted by this Council on October 19, 1966,
as subsequently amended, be, and the same is hereby, further amended by
changing Section 17 thereof to read as follows:
"17. The estimated cost of said project is
of which the City will contribute the estimated amount of $45,459.00,
leaving an estimated balance of $51,875.00 to be assessed."

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full,. true and correct
copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 3rd day
of July, 1968, by the following vote of the members thereof:
