A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSF[ENTS
VERDE VISTA I~PROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED~ by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS~ the esti. mated cost of the project under Resolution
of Intention No. B4~ adopted by the City Council of said City on
October 19~ 1966 as subsequently amended, was $97,]B4 of which the
City was to contribute $~5,~59, leaving a balance to assessment
of $9i,875;
~HEREAS.~ following the opening of bids for the work said
