RESOLUTION NO. ~ 5~
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS
ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
VERDE VISTA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, California~
1o The City Clerk of said City be~ and he is hereby~ directed to
call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant
to Resolution of Intention No o 344 adopted by this Council on October
19, 1966. The Notice of Sale, in form to be prepared by Wilson, Jones,
Morton & Lynch, shall be given by the Clerk causing copies thereof to
be mailed to the various banks and bond houses interested in the pur-
chase of such bonds at least ten days before the date of sale of said
bonds. Said bids are to be received at 3~00 o'clock P.M. on October 2~
1968, and wilt be referred to and considered by the Council at its
meeting at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on said date°
2~ The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm of
Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch~ San Mateos California~ unqualifiedly
approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance of said
bonds o
I hereby certify that the foregoinE is a full~ true and correct
copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 18
day of September , 196 8., by the following vote of the mem-
bers thereof:
