RESOLUTION REQUESTING LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION
COMMISSION TO CONDITION APPROVAL OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO, 4. ANNEXATION 1968-5
UPON COMPLETION OF ANNEXATION OF T}tE UNINCOR-
PORATED AREA IN THE TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF
SARATOGA.
WHEREAS, County Sanitation District No, 4 is proposing an annexation
designated as Annexation 1968-5 which would annex to the District 2212,97
Acres in and west of the City of Saratoga; and
NttEREAS, development of this area will have a major impact on the
City of Saratoga and its environment from the standpoint of traffic,

BE IT F~THER RESOLVED~ that the City Council of the City of
Saratoga does hereby request the L~AL AGENCY FO~TION C~ISSION
to require c~pleti~ of the annexation to the City of Saratoga of
the unincor~orated area tn Annexation 1968-5 as a condition of approv-
al of ~nexation 1968-5 e~o Co~ty Sanitation District No. 4.
BE IT F~THER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Saratoga urge concurrent. annexatf~. of this area to the Saratoga Fire
District or to a similar fire protection agency to insure adequate means
of providing structural fire protection for development in the area
question.
BE IT F~THER ~SOLVED~ that the City Council of the City of
Saratoga will support and assist in the conduct of any studies de:si~-
ed to assist the Local A8ency Forestton Comission in arriving at a
