EESOLtrrlON CHANGING NAHE OF POETION
OF KITANNA COURT, A CITY STREET
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
S~.cti.on..!: The name of that portion of Rftanna Court,
running from its intersection with Meadow
Oak Way on the East, generally Westerly to its intersection
with Via Roncole, as said street is shown and delineated on
that certain subdivision map known as Tract 4056, which map
was filed for record in Book 204 of Maps at Pages 18 and 19,
Santa Clara County Official Records, on the llth day of Jan-
uary 1966, is hereby changed to Via Roncole.
SectiOn 2: The name cf Meadow Oak Road, running from
its intersection with Meadow Oak l~ay on the
East, generally Southerly to its intersection and termination
with Southern Pacific Railroad Right of Way, as said street is
shown and delineated on that certain subdivision map known as
Tract 4345, which map was filed for record in Book 235;of Maps
at Pages 47 and 48, Santa Clara County Official R~cords, on the
9th day of April 1968, is hereby changed to Via Roncole.
Se~ion 3.: This resolution is adopted pursuant to the
provisions of Section'3409.1 of the Govern-
ment Code of the State of California, and other applicable 1awe,
the City Council hereby finding that said street name should be
changed as hereinabove set forth.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
held on the 3rd day of July, 1968, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Hartman, Tyler, Robbins, Smith
NOES: None
