A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. ~56,
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING UNPAID ASSESS-
ETS AND PROVIDING FOR ISSUANCE OF BONDS
VERDE VISTA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, as follows:
1. That Section 6 of Resolution No. 456, A Resolution
Determining Unpaid Assessments and Providing for Issuance of
Bonds, adopted by said Council on October 2, 1968, be, and it
is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"6. The interest coupons attached to each
of said bonds'and evidencing the interest to
accrue thereon shall be numbered consecutively
and be substantially in~the following form,
to wit:
On the Second day of
CITY OF SARATOGA, California, will pay to
bearer hereof at the office of the Treasurer 19
of said City,..the sum shown hereon being
the interest then due on $..
Improvement Bond dated October 39, 1968.
