RESOLUTION APPOINTING ASSISTANT
BUILDING INSPECTORS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
Section 1: Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineers, Inc.,
John V. Lowney, Gene Paulson, and any and all
other personnel of Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineers, Inc.,
as perform any work or services under the attached contract, be
and each of them is hereby appointed an Assistant Building Official
of the City of Saratoga, with all the obligations, duties, powers
and immunities of such office.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Saratoga held on the 16th day of October, 1968, by
the following vote:
AYES: COuncilmen Tyler, Robbins, Dwyer, Sanders
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Smith
