SAMUEL L. TYLER, MAYOR, be and he is hereby authortze~ to execute
for and in behalf of the City of Sa~.atoga, a public entity estaBlt~l~ed
under the laws of the State of California, the attache~. Easement
Constn~ction Agreement between the CITY OF SARATOGA and SOUTHERN
~CIFIC COMPANY pertaining to the construction of the Droposed Glen
Brae Drive Crossing over the Southern Pacific Company Vasona Branch
at M. P. EN-44,8 in the City of Saratoga, State of California.
The above and foregoing Re~otution ~as passed an~ adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga on the 19th day
February, 1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, Robbins, Smith, Sanders,
