BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
as follows:
That Resolution No. 477, establishing Underground Utility
District No. 2-B be, and the same is hereby amended by changing
the designated times for completion as follows:
"RESOLVED, FURTHER, that all poles, overhead wires & associated
overhead structures shall be removed and underground installations
made in said underground utility district within the following times:
(a) Underground installation by utility companies & property owners
& reconnections not later than March 1, 1970;
(b) Removal of poles, overhead wires & other associated overhead
structures not later than March 31, 1970."
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and passed by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a reg-
ular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, Dwyer, Robbins, Smith, Sanders
NOES: Non~
ABSENT: None
