RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the CITY OF SARATOGA
does hereby authorize the Office of t>rocurement, Department of
General Services of the State of California to purchase
...... Four 4-door Sedans
for and on behalf of the CITY OF SARATOGA, pursuant to Sec. 14814,
Government Code and that J. R. Huff, City A~ministrator, is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests
and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of
CITY OF SARATOGA.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and passed by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a
regular meeting held on the20th ~ay of August, 1969, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, Robbins, D~yer, Smith, Sanders
NOES: None
