BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of Saratoga passed Resolution No. 467
to the Cupertino Sanitary District consenting to the formation of
L.I.D. #13, and;
WHEREAS, that R~solution stated that the costs be assessed on
the basis of benefit to the lands, and;
WHEREAS, certain property owners of the City of Saratoga have
presented to the City Council of Saratoga their collective protest
that they should not be included within the District because of no
benefit, limited benefit, or disproportionate cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Saratoga
requests Cupertino Sanitary District to carefully review the boundaries
of L.I.D. ~13 to see that the rights of all property owners in L.I.D.
#13 have been consfgered and the costs have been equitably distributed.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and passed by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a
regular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1969, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, Robbins, Dwyer, Smith, Sanders
NOES: None
