RESOLUTION L~A~NG STREET IN TRACT 4554 IN THE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: That certain cul-de-sac, being a portion of Tract 4554,
which tract was filed in Book 179 of :.;~ps, at PaBe 23,
in the office of the Recordnr of Santa Clara County, State of California,
August, 1968, and more particularly described as follows:
Starting with a Standard City Monument at the centerline of Glen
Brae Drive with the centerline of Aberdeen Court: thence South
201 ft. more or less to a Standard City t. lonument, thence East
22 ft, more or less, which is the centerline of the cul-de-sac;
is hereby name~ ABERDEEN COURT.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Saratoga is hereby directed
to transmit this resolution for recordation to the Santa
Clara County Recorder's office.
The above and foregoing resolution ~.zas duly and regularly introduced
and passed by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular ~eeting
held on the 17th.__day of~_____, 1969, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen D,~yer, Sanders~ Smith, Tyler
NOES: None

The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follmws:

August, 1968, and more particularly described as follows:
