RESOLUTION ADOPTING OFFICIAL PLAN LINES
FOR THAT PORTION OF SARATOGA AVENUE
IN THE CITY OF SARATOGA ON SARATOGA AVENUE BETWEEN
FRUITVALE AVENUE AND SARATOGA-SUNNYVALE ROAD
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
That certain map designated O.P.L. NO. 1006.04 ,
either attached hereto, or on file in the offices of the City
Clerk of the City of Saratoga in File No. 1006.04 o is hereby
adopted as the Official Plan Lines for Saratoga Avenue
of the City of Saratoga, between Fruitvale Avenue and Saratoga-
Sunnyvale Road, pursuant to Article XI, Chapter 3, Title 7 of
the Government Code of the State of California and pursuant to
Article VI of Chapter 13 of the Saratoga City Code, as adopted by
Ordinance No. 38.1 of this City.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on
the 3rd day of September, 1969 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, D~yer, Robbins, Smith
NOES None
ABSENT:Councilman Sanders
