BE IT RESOL~D by the City Council of t~ City of Saratoga
as follows:
That Resolution No. 440-1.1, ame~ing time limits for Under-
ground Utility District No. 2-A be, and the same is hereby amended
changing the designated times for completion as follows:
~SOLVED, FUR~ER, that all poles, overhead wires & associated
overhead structures shall be removed and underground installations
made in said u~erground utility district within the following times:
{a) Underground installation by utility companies'& property owners
& reconnections not later than March 1, 1971:
(b) Removal of poles, overhe~ wires & other associated overhead
structures not later than March 31, 1971.
he above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and passed by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a reg-
ular meeting held on the 21st day of October, 1970, by the following
vote:
