P~SOLUTION ADOPTING CIVIL DEFENSE AND iDISASTER
OPERATIONS PLAN FOR THE CITY OF SARATOGA
WHEREAS the Civil Defense and Disaster Council. of the
City of Saratoga, pursuant to Ordinance No. 24, has recon~ended
the of a Civil Defense and Operations Plan for this
city, and the City Council upon review and analysis of the same
is .desirous of adopting it as recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Saratoga as follows:
That certain plan entitled !'~City of Saratoga Civil
Defense and Disaster Operations PlanII, dated October 1.961,
a copy of which plan is physically attached to this resolu-
tion, is hereby adopted as the official civil defense and
operations plan for the City of Saratoga.
The above'~!~and,:~"i!foregoing resolution was adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held
on the 15th day of November, 1961, by the following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Drake, Langwill, Hangman
NOES.: None
ABSENT: None
