RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF
RIGHT-OF -WAY
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1. Reference is hereby made to the following Offer
of Dedication to the City of Saratoga, covering
rights-of-way over portions of a certain private:st=feet known
as CODY LANE (formerly "ETHEL ANN WAY"):
(a) Offer dated March 9, 1970, executed by RICHARD F.
MURPHY and LUCILLE F. MURPHY, and recorded on March 26,
1970 in Book 8871, at Page 350, Santa Clara County
Official Records.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid Offer of Dedication is hereby
accepted by the City of Saratoga, and the above
portion of said street covered thereby is hereby declared to
be a public street of the City. of Saratoga.
SECTION 3. Such portion or portions of said private street as
is or are not included in the above Offer of
Dedication shall remain private, not subject to public travel,
access or maintenance.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of theCity of Saratoga held on
the 15th day of April, 1970, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, Dwyer, Robbins, Sanders, Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
