A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF AUTOMOTIVE
EQUIPMENT THROUGH STATE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saratoga does
hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services
of the State of California to purchase one 4-door sedan and two 1~2 Ton
Pickup trucks for and on behalf of the City of Saratoga, pursuant to Sec-
tion 148t4~ Government Code, and that J. R Huff, City Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and
other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of
Saratoga.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the 19th day of August, 1970, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Robbins, Sanders, Dwyer, Bridges
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Smith
